Return &  warranty Policy

Our Golf Bag warranty is for manufacture defects only.  It does not cover individual use, climate conditions or accidental damage. Claims must affect the ability to use the bag as intended.  If claim is approved, it is for one replacement bag in the same price group. No refunds are given.

Claims are to be addressed to the retail location where purchased. They must have been an authorized client of ours. Sales of our products by unauthorized sellers invalidate our warranty.  Contact us directly only if your point of purchase is out of business.

If it is necessary to contact us directly, the return of the bag is your responsibility. Arrangements can be made to help facilitate this process at a reduced price. Authorization from Naples Bag Golf, Inc. is required. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  We will not assume responsibility nor expense for unauthorized returns.  Authorization can only come from the Operations Manager email with expressed directions.
